Ron was easy to communicate with, arrived on time, was friendly and efficient.

My sewer was blocked out, and I had two other companies out who couldn’t fix it. I called Bay Area plumbing and they were able to clear it.

I first started using Bay Area Plumbing when my husband Lou was still alive. The service was good then as it is now.

I have no complaints at all. I have used him twice and both times he was able to fit me into his schedule the next day. This last time he cleared the clog within 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable considering it was an emergency and the turn around was less than 12 hours.

Ron replaced our water heater quickly and efficiently, but then I saw that it was leaking water. He Che led on it right away and realized it was defective. Rather than wait for the manufacturer to make good on it (who knew when), he came back early the next morning with a replacement and installed it. It’s working fine, and I appreciated his taking responsibility so quickly to make sure the job turned out right. I will call him again for any plumbing needs.

Ron just installed a Moen water monitor at our home. He was extremely professional, timely, trustworthy. I had received a previous quote for the same job for about $500 more than what Ron charged me. Also, Ron is a very nice person who left our home as clean as he entered it. Will be my go to guy for future projects for sure!

Quick, fair, and terrific work.

Sunday morning, 7:15 AM, plumbing emergency, complicated job = No Problem for Ron, form Bay Area Plumbing Inc. Seriously, call this guy, he is professional, courteous, he does excellent work for a fair price. Turning to Craigslist for a plumber may be a gamble, unless you hit the jackpot by calling Bay Area Plumbing, and Ron comes and saves you from a 3rd world future without a functioning toilet. Would definitely call them again, (But hopefully I won’t have to for a while!)

Amazing same day water heater replacement and best price

Called Bay Area Plumbing to replace my kitchen faucet, after the handle on my old one broke off. Carlos and Josh arrived on time, were friendly, and made quick work of it. They were in and out in 45 minutes, and even fixed an issue with my toilet before they left. Professional, great service.

Ron from BAP Inc was called into our drainage repair project at the last minute at 1:00 PM on the last day of the WORLD SERIES no less, and sprinted across town from Danville to Pt Richmond in record time with his camera unit and snake equipment – expert advice and technique, excellent “poolside” manner – great sense of humor, and major bang for your buck – worth every penny. Nice communicator, both with my engineer husband and my 99 year old mother in law 🙂 Even stayed til after the epic game started with no complaints, just a dedication to leaving us satisfied with a job well done. I found water under my sink and needed a plumber. I called Ron at Bay Area Plumbing and he came out on the same day. He found a broken nut on my drain which I guess was my fault from sliding the garbage can up against the drain. He had the part with him and was done in 15 minutes. I am glad because I am 82 years old and have had people try to take advantage of me. Very impressed with Ron.
