Bay Area Plumbing BAP Inc rescued me on New Years Eve when my patio flooded during the torrential rain storms. My area drains were plugged up and Ron of BAP Inc cleared them. He worked during the night and then came back the next morning on the holiday to finish the job. My house was saved with no flooding inside. Wonderful service. He has helped me on a few extra plumbing jobs and has always excelled. I highly recommend this company.

Called Bay Area Plumbing to replace my kitchen faucet, after the handle on my old one broke off. Carlos and Josh arrived on time, were friendly, and made quick work of it. They were in and out in 45 minutes, and even fixed an issue with my toilet before they left. Professional, great service.

After calling another “plumber” I called Bay Area Plumbing about my water bill. The owner Ron was very helpful over the phone and I asked him to come out and see if he could fix the problem. Ron personally came out and fixed three leaks in three hours. We went to the water meter together and it had stopped moving. The previous guy had told me to call a leak detection company to the tune of $300.00. Ron found all the leaks and fixed them. The price? $245.00. Money well spent! I will keep Bay Area Plumbing as my primary contact and am recommeding them to my friends.

I have now worked with Ron at BAP on multiple occasions. He has done everything from a water heater installation to roughing-in of a bathroom remodel I was working on. I am very happy with the service provided by this company. The tech was able to clear a washing machine drain, kitchen sink drain, install new drains in the bathroom and change two faucets. He was polite, clean and cleaned up after himself. The company took a credit card so the whole process was quick and convenient. I am recommeding this company to my friends.

BAP literally came to my rescue !!!!! I had been having problems off and on with a leaking toilet, then this morning, I woke up to a major flood in my bathroom and adjoining living room. I called BAP at 6:15 am and scheduled a same day early appointment. Ron and his assistant evaluated my issue and got to work right away. One of the things I appreciated so much was that my townhouse, which is on the small side, was in total disarray. And, I had a huge plastic pond in the backyard that was sitting on top of the “clean out” – Ron waited patiently while I partially emptied the pond so it could be moved. He also moved my other items including a couch out of the way. Needless to say, Ron and his assistant didn’t know what they were walking into. But, both were so kind, helpful, and nonjudgmental. They went the extra mile to check out a second bathroom which needed a new valve. Work was done quickly and with great care. I was kept informed of what was being done each step of the way. The price was very competitive especially since Ron went above and beyond by helping me move furniture and other large items out of the way so they could get to work. A+++++ Plumbers !!! More than highly recommended. Will definitely use again in the future !!!

Ron was fantastic. Got to our house on time and went straight to work. We had a major back up in our shower (which was spewing sewage…) and toilet and he found the issue and solved it within a matter of a few hours. He also went above and beyond by helping to clean up the soiled shower afterwards which was a big relief to my 5 months pregnant self. highly recommend!
