I had a backed up sewer and wanted to go with a new company. I started calling plumbers and was getting no answer. Ron responded quickly and was out to take care of the problem within an hour. He was very thorough about his work. He took extra time to explain exactly what was going on so it was clearly understood. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

I dropped a metal measuring spoon down my garbage disposal and it got stuck. I called Bay Area Plumbing BAP on Friday at 5:30 pm and Ron gave me the option of coming out within an hour or the next day at 8:00 am. I selected the latter and he arrived exactly at 8:00 am. He went to work and finished quickly. He tested his work and cleaned up the area completely. I asked him if he could also look at the. bathroom sink. It was not draining very quickly. Again, he went to work, finished quicky and cleaned up the area. He was friendly and very professional. He is now my plumber and I will let my neighbors know what a great job he did. You can’t go wrong with Ron!

Bay Area Plumbing did a fabulous and thorough job of solving our plumbing problems. Ron was here for a different issue last December and saved us from a horrible situation!

My wife and I used Bay Area Plumbing to install a new toilet and a new vanity/sink into our condo. Ron was a able to make it out earlier than arranged. I needed a plumber soon and at a reasonable rate. I went to craigslist looking for licensed plumbers and found Ron at BAP inc. he arrived exactly when he said he would and he did a great job! the job turned into more work than anticipated. I called this company to come out on a Saturday. The guy (Chris) was very helpful and solved my little plumbing puzzle.

I’ve had constant dripping in my shower the past few months and I finally had enough. I gave BAP a call and they were able to come by the next day I was off and fix it! Pricing was very reasonable and I had them take a look at at the rest of my bathroom while they were here and Ron gave me some great advice as to where to go to purchase new faucets and who to talk to. I’m glad I found them, it’s hard finding people you can trust.

Ron at BAP plumbing re-plumbed our house and did a great job. I got 3 other quotes from Livermore / Pleasanton plumbers and BAP beat them all by a huge margin! They did a great job cleaning up afterwards and made sure everything was right and that we were happy. Straight shooter, no BS.

BAP literally came to my rescue !!!!! I had been having problems off and on with a leaking toilet, then this morning, I woke up to a major flood in my bathroom and adjoining living room. I called BAP at 6:15 am and scheduled a same day early appointment. Ron and his assistant evaluated my issue and got to work right away. One of the things I appreciated so much was that my townhouse, which is on the small side, was in total disarray. And, I had a huge plastic pond in the backyard that was sitting on top of the “clean out” – Ron waited patiently while I partially emptied the pond so it could be moved. He also moved my other items including a couch out of the way. Needless to say, Ron and his assistant didn’t know what they were walking into. But, both were so kind, helpful, and nonjudgmental. They went the extra mile to check out a second bathroom which needed a new valve. Work was done quickly and with great care. I was kept informed of what was being done each step of the way. The price was very competitive especially since Ron went above and beyond by helping me move furniture and other large items out of the way so they could get to work. A+++++ Plumbers !!! More than highly recommended. Will definitely use again in the future !!!

Been putting off snaking the sewer line due to extreme cost and luckily I found Ron. Price was super fair and beat everyone else I spoke too. I’ve got a plumber for the foreseeable future.

Ron was great. We needed a faucet replaced — we had been struggling with this one for several years. No matter how many replacement faucets or new plumbers we tried, it leaked every time. Ron was strongly recommended to us by the plumbing store, who remarked that he was very pleasant to work with. He was able to set up an appointment fairly quickly. He arrived on time (actually early). Explained all the options, and helped us decide what was best. All with a wry sense of humor. Did the job as requested — on time and on budget. All works great now. And there were right — he is very pleasant to work with. Can’t recommend more highly. He’s the guy to call.

I needed a pressure balance cartridge replaced in my shower, and Ron was fantastic! He replied to my request promptly and scheduled a time that worked for me. After calling another “plumber” I called Bay Area Plumbing about my water bill. The owner Ron was very helpful over the phone and I asked him to come out and see if he could fix the problem. Ron personally came out and fixed three leaks in three hours. We went to the water meter together and it had stopped moving. The previous guy had told me to call a leak detection company to the tune of $300.00. Ron found all the leaks and fixed them. The price? $245.00. Money well spent! I will keep Bay Area Plumbing as my primary contact and am recommeding them to my friends.
