    Ron replaced our water heater quickly and efficiently, but then I saw that it was leaking water. He Che led on it right away and realized it was defective. Rather than wait for the manufacturer to make good on it (who knew when), he came back early the next morning with a replacement and installed it.     I had a problem with plumbing that was beyond my DIY abilities. I had used Ron in the not too long ago past to install a new water heater. I was very satisfied with his work then. He was the first one I called for the newest plumbing problem. He was able to fix the mangled old copper water pipe in the wall of our garage and installed new faucets. He was very friendly and completed the job in a timely fashion. Thanks Ron!

    Ron from BAP Inc was called into our drainage repair project at the last minute at 1:00 PM on the last day of the WORLD SERIES no less, and sprinted across town from Danville to Pt Richmond in record time with his camera unit and snake equipment - expert advice and technique, excellent "poolside" manner - great sense of humor, and major bang for your buck - worth every penny. Nice communicator, both with my engineer husband and my 99 year old mother in law 🙂 Even stayed til after the epic game started with no complaints, just a dedication to leaving us satisfied with a job well done. He did, and did..
